This is the inaugural edition of The Legendarium Podcast. As part of our mission statement to bring the history of the game to you in a variety of ways, we at No Cap Space don’t hang our hat on just written profiles. As part of our Legendarium roll-out, every profile will have a print feature released on Wednesdays, a podcast on Thursday and a video essay on our Youtube page on Fridays.
Starting July 10th, each installment releases every two weeks. Our next profile heads to the west coast for one of the original ‘showtime’ programs and you can expect that in your inbox on July 31st.
For now, former Rutgers head coach Theresa Grentz talks about the split up of the NCAA and AIAW, Mary Coyle Klinger discusses Philadelphia as a hotbed for early women’s basketball history and Chris Dailey discusses the importance of the Rutgers 1982 championship team and imparting that history to her own UConn players.
