UConn, UCLA, Notre Dame and the Battle for No. 1, the SC and USC questions and a new WNBA coaching movement | Ball Up Top

This week on Ball Up Top: A WBB Podcast, Andrew, Tyler and Chauny debate who is the top NCAA women's basketball team in America, the South Carolina/USC problems and if Moreyball is coming to the WNBA.

Welcome to Ball Up Top, a new weekly podcast from No Cap Space WBB. Every Tuesday morning, you can find a show in your emails or social feeds that touches on all the trending topics in women’s basketball. The crew will rotate based on availability, whether it’s Tyler, Andrew, Chauny, Greer or Rashard.

This week it’s Andrew, Tyler and Chauny after a major weekend of NCAA matchups. They first debate who should actually be the No. 1 team in this week’s AP Top 25 poll before diving into the two teams that lost this weekend: USC and South Carolina. Both have their own questions after their losses and the crew breaks down if you should be pressing the panic button in November. Towards the end of the show, the trio discuss the newest WNBA coaching hires and if the Daryl Morey school of analytical basketball — threes and layups — is coming to the women’s pro league.
